Blue Water Pools, based in the Silicon Valley in Palo Alto, CA was started in 1989 by owners Phil and Jesse Cook.

We build quality pools, spas and waterfeatures. We have been working for years in the Bay Area providing quality personalized service.

We are Swimming Pool Builders, licensed by the California State Licence Board. Owner Phil Cook is active in the industry today, is a Member of NSPI - National Spa and Pool Industry Association, and served as president of IPSSA - Independent Pool and Spa Service Association.

Phil personally supervises all projects. We are not just a sales office for pools. We perform all procedures "in house". We have our own excavation, plumbing, steel, electrical an masonry crews on staff. We provide everything from design, permitting, building your pool, spa, waterfeature, complete to maintaining your pool after it is built. We have scheduling and quality control over the entire project. We install decking in concrete, brick, flagstone and natural stones. We also provide complete repairs and maintenance for your existing pool and spa. We are a warranty center for most major pool equipment brands, including Compool, Pentair, Sta-Rite, Polaris and others. We also work closely with Architects and Landcape Designers and Contractors to be a seamless asset in any custom backyard project.
